Copy Text from Remote Sessions

Copy text information from remote session to local machine.

You cannot directly paste the contents from remote to the local session. The following steps will be performed to paste the contents from remote session:
  • Copy the text information from remote session
  • Place the text information to the clipboard modal of the remote session
  • Click local button in clipboard modal to copy the text information
  • Paste the text information in the local machine
  1. Copy the text information from the Remote Sessions.
    For example, copy the information from the Gedit remote session

  2. Click in the remote session.
    The information will be placed in the remote session clipboard modal.

  3. Click My Computer to copy the information from the clipboard modal.
  4. Paste the contents to the local machine.
