Monitor the status of your jobs, filter the job view, view job details, monitor memory and core utilization, view
a list of job files, or perform job actions.
Share an application session with other users who are logged in to Access Web.
Users who join your session can remotely view the application, while you are working on it.
You can also transfer control of the session to participants allowing them to work remotely
on your application and data files. This is useful for collaborative sessions.
For example, to examine details of a model using HyperMesh or to interpret the animated
results of a job in HyperView.
Click the Sessions tab located in the upper left-hand of the page.
A sessions list is displayed.
Choose one of the following options:
Double click a session name.
Right click a session name and click
Open.
A remote session of the interactive application is opened.
The left panel provides the list of active sessions and the current
session with the user name. The session options are provided at the top right-hand corner to open
in desktop, change the resolution, copy text from remote session, expand,
screen capture, share, and terminate the session.
Click
The Share Session dialog box is displayed.
Select the Username from the drop-down list.
Enter the Description for sharing the session.
Click Generate Link to get a link for the session.
Tip: You can copy the session link and send it to other users to
view the session. The session can be opened by other users only when the
session is shared.
Click Share.
The session will be shared to the user and the user name gets displayed
as a viewer in the left panel.
Note: A notification will be sent to the user indicating that you have
shared a session.
