LibraryManager_UndoCheckOut
Marks the content as not checked out.

LibraryManager_UndoCheckOut <generic data manager handle> <content handle> <undo reference file flag>

Marks the content as not checked out. The content will still be in a retrieved state.
All of the changes made to the content will be reverted. However, the content is
still available to you on your local machine.
