Gets the principal point offset of a stored view.

Description
This command retrieves a string consisting of an x and y offset. These values represent a shift of the view horizontally and vertically in the window.
Inputs
- name
- If specified, the offset of the view with that name will be returned. Otherwise, the current view’s offset will be returned.
