Creates an undefined measure that can be changed to any type.

Description

This command creates an undefined measure that can be changed to any type.

Possible name types include:

• Position (coords)
• Relative displacement (displacement)
• Distance between (distance)
• Relative angle (relangle)
• Angle between (angle)
• nodescalar
• elemscalar

Errors

Returns the newly created measure ID.
