Click Viewer Control with the Right Mouse Button

When the right mouse icon on the locked transforms toolbar is clicked, the remaining icons on the toolbar, when clicked, translate, rotate or zoom your Object by a pre-specified amount according to the settings on the Viewer Options panel.

This mode of operation is referred to as the click viewer mode. With this mode set, you cannot move your current object using any of the mouse buttons.
