Context Menu
Context menus contain commands and options that allow you to manipulate entities and various parts of the user interface.
Context menus are accessed by right-clicking and are found throughout the
application. They are most commonly used:
- In the modeling window (both in empty space and with a selection)
- In browsers (both in empty space and with a selection)
- To manage custom ribbons
Context menus are dynamic. Their options change depending on where the menu is accessed from and what you have selected. For example, if you select a surface while the Flow ribbon is active then right-click in the modeling window, you'll see options for assigning boundary conditions. If the Mesh ribbon is active, you'll see options for assigning mesh controls.
When a tool is active, the right-click context menu in the
modeling window incorporates an exit control.

Select an option to close the menu and remain in the current
active tool. Mouse through or click the check mark to exit both the menu and the
tool.
