Global Model Validation

Checks for the validation of a global FE model.

Restriction: Only available in the Nastran solver. The checks can be run for any type of model, but their implementation is strictly meant to validate a global FE.

From the menu bar, click Aerospace > Check > Global Model Validation.

Skew Angle Checks for 2D element skew angle wrt value limit defined in the check (default = 60). Lists the failing elements and the found values. Not supported. Opens the QI Index panel.
MPC Consistency Checks if the nodes of any MPC have been assigned to the same output (analysis) system. Lists the failing elements. Not supported. Opens the Matrix Browser with selected equations with the list of nodes and relevant systems.
RBE Consistency Checks if the nodes of any RBE have been assigned to the same output (analysis) system. Lists the failing elements. Not supported. Opens the Matrix Browser with selected elements with the list of nodes and relevant systems.
