poICFD SetMaxBreakAngle

Specifies the threshold value for the break angle between two neighboring streamline segments, which is used to decide if the two line segments should be merged into one, or kept untouched.

Description

This command specifies the threshold value for the break angle between two neighboring streamline segments, which is used to decide if the two line segments should be merged into one, or kept untouched. This command will only take effect when streamline decimation is turned on by calling the SetStreamLineDecimation command. The valid value range for the break_angle is from 0 to 90 degrees.

Inputs

break_angle: The break angle threshold for decimation to be set.

To specify the break angle threshold for streamline decimation to "2 degrees":
