hm_getmidsurfcomp

Returns the name of the component in the model that contains middle surfaces and no other surfaces.

Description

Returns the name of the component in the model that contains middle surfaces and no other surfaces. If such a component does not exist, or if there are more than one such components, the command returns "Middle Surface".

Example

To get the middle surface component:

hm_getmidsurfcomp

Errors

Incorrect usage results in a Tcl error. To detect errors, you can use the catch command:

if { [ catch {command_name...} ] } {
   # Handle error
}
