Select a temperature factor and define its properties.
The temperature factor icon is enabled when performing SN (uniaxial, multiaxial) and
EN (uniaxial, multiaxial) fatigue analysis.

From the Setup tools, click the
Material tool.

Under the Temperature Factor field heading, click
.

In the dialog, select temperature factor from the drop-down menu.
- None: Ctemp = 1
- User Defined: Enter a Ctemp value
between 0.0 and 1.0
- FKM: Input a temperature in degrees Celsius and
select a material type. Ctemp is automatically
calculated.

Click OK.
The temperature factor is used to update the fatigue strength reduction
factor.
