Sets the state of the "Ignore Flipped Normal" option for the feature angle average.

Description

This command sets the state of the "Ignore Flipped Normal" option for the feature angle average.

Inputs

state: A Boolean value to set the "Ignore Flipped Normal" state (True or False).
